We acknowledge security reports within three working days.
Licence in one paragraph
The software is published under the Business Source Licence 1.1. Evaluation, development, research, benchmarking, teaching and continuous integration are free of charge. Production use requires a commercial licence from Vigilant e.K. Four years after a version is first published, that version becomes available under the Apache Licence 2.0. The full terms, including the definition of "Production Purpose", are in LICENSE.

If you are unsure whether your intended use is a production use, ask us before you deploy. We would rather answer that question than argue about it later.
Dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle).
Third-party components
NVIDIA Triton Inference Server and the NVIDIA container images are not redistributed here; they are obtained from NVIDIA under NVIDIA's own terms. The licences of all bundled third-party components are listed in THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md.
